Harmony through the difficult moments
In a time of riots, unemployment, and coronavirus, I want to offer a reminder of the good, the harmony, and the love we can bring to one another.
I know about moving through the hard. I know about living in the dark and yet I’m choosing to live in the light.
This too will pass. This quarantine will end. Perhaps the wearing of masks will end. Jobs will come back. Peace will prevail on our streets. We are moving through these times together. Now is the time to stop, listen, breathe, and know we are at peace.
Will life be forever changed?
Perhaps.
Will we learn from all this?
I hope so!
Can we all make a difference towards good?
Yes.
We will forge ahead, for we have forged ahead in the past and have come through stronger and wiser. We need not be victims of our circumstances, we need to be empowered by them.
I have overcome profound hardships – unemployment, thoughts of suicide, numerous eye surgeries, and loss of parent, grandparents, and my much-loved and needed seeing eye dogs.
As a motivational speaker, I’m encouraging you to have faith, for I know you will make it through!
Keep a positive attitude and take wise, meaningful actions. I believe, that if you change the way you see, you will change the way you live!
